In addition to using our website, there are several easy ways to place an order with 4ARMEDFORCES.COM:
By Fax:
Fill out a printable FAX order form and fax to us at 1-904-646.3333. Orders can be faxed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
By Mail:
If you want to send a check or money order, you can use the online system to place your order. Just select the items you want and place them in your Shopping Cart. When you've finished shopping, click on the Checkout button, enter your name and address information, the ship to information (if applicable), and, on the Order Confirmation page, select Personal Check or Money Order under Payment Method. Follow the instructions given by the system to send your order and payment to us. Please be sure to include the order number on your payment.
Or, you can fill out this printable check/money order form. Please make your check or money order PAYABLE TO XELLENC, INC. (4ARMEDFORCES.COM is a division of Xellenc, Inc.)
If you want to use a credit card for your mail-in order, please use this printable credit card order form. Please be sure to include your Card Identification Number as explained on the order form.
Mail the appropriate order form to us at 4ARMEDFORCES.COM, 3500 Beachwood Court, Suite
205, Jacksonville, FL 32224. Your order will be acknowledged on receipt if you include your email address.
By Email:
Send us an email at customerservice@4armedforces.com with a list of the items you'd like to order. Please include your name and address and the ship to address, if applicable. Include a phone number where you can be reached during office hours (9:00 am - 4:00 pm Eastern Time). We will call you to get your credit card information. DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER IN YOUR EMAIL. Email is NOT secure.
By Phone:
Call us at the number below from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Time. You may call outside of normal business hours and leave a voice mail containing your order information. We suggest you print out a copy of the printable order form and fill it out before calling so that you have all the required information handy.
