In order to provide the lowest prices possible to our customers, we carry no inventory and handcraft each piece per order. As such, all sales are final. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your order. The only way an item may be returned is :
If it does not appraise for what you paid for it (gemstone item), or
The center stone is not what it was represented to be.
Damaged Merchandise:
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
